In my previous entry about quality control at Bella Luccè, I forgot to mention the all-important tenth step in our process. Indulge me for one more minute (if you please) while I catch you up to speed.
10. Bella Luccè records the batch number of every outgoing product, whether it’s a single retail scrub headed towards Minnesota or a pallet of professional back bar crèmes bound for Dubai. This information is retained in our files so that, in the unlikely event that we ever initiate a product recall, we can track who-got-what-and-when to ensure the safety of everyone.
