Though it is the first week of June, the mercury is already lapping at the century mark here in South Carolina. I admit that I am not taking it well- though I love spring and autumn, you can keep summer all for yourself. South Carolina is so humid and miserable that I complain (even more than normal!) and grumble my way straight through June, July and August.
