I have been on a huge salad kick of late and my absolute favorite goes something like this: a bed of mixed baby greens, slices of fresh strawberries and chopped walnuts tossed in Gorgonzola & White Balsamic Vinaigrette from Cindy’s Kitchen. This company creates a mouth-watering range of organic dressings and marinades that can be found at most EarthFare, Whole Foods and Wild Oats markets nationwide. The salad is so good that I even got my 6 and 9 year old girls hooked on it!
