Placing an Order
Simply add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed with our secure checkout system using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. Payment information is transmitted via SSL encryption technology and you may complete the entire ordering process through our website.

Shipping & Handling
Bella Luccè is proud to offer a variety of delivery options through FedEx and our clients have the freedom to choose their preferred delivery method during checkout. For those who choose expedited shipping, please remember that our standard in-house processing time (2 business days) still applies; time-in-transit is in addition to our processing time. Any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout do not reflect our processing times- accordingly, actual delivery time may be 1 to 2 days later than displayed.

Your order will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment from our facility within 2 business days. Depending on your selected shipping method and location, you can anticipate an additional 1-5 days for delivery. We request that FedEx send a tracking number via email to each client upon shipment. This email serves as your confirmation of shipment and we suggest you retain it in your records until the order is received. Shipping is always complimentary on orders of $75 or more.

Signature Release Delivery Options
We require a Signature Release for all deliveries to a commercial address. This means that someone must be available to sign for your package at the shipping address when a FedEx driver attempts delivery. Please note that a driver will leave an Info Notice for you at the shipping address if no one is available when delivery is attempted. You have several options:

1) You may sign the release form and leave it on your front door for the driver. The gives FedEx permission to leave your package at your residence even if you're not home when they redeliver. This is obviously the most convenient option, but please note that signing this release means that you hold both FedEx and Bella Luccè harmless if your package is left at your request and swiped off the front porch before you can get to it. If you choose this option, then we will, unfortunately, be unable to file any claims with FedEx on your behalf.

2) You may choose to be available during the next business day for redelivery. Your FedEx driver automatically attempts delivery the next business day and choosing to be available during this time will ensure you can personally sign and receive your package safely. If you select this option, then you can retain your Info Notice for reference, but nothing needs to be signed and left on your door.

3) You may choose to pick up your package at the FedEx terminal at your convenience. In this case, please indicate your wishes on the Info Notice and leave it on your front door. Your driver will pick that notice and leave your package at the terminal for the next several days awaiting your pickup.

FedEx is required to attempt delivery 3 times before returning your package to the Bella Luccè offices. Please respond in a timely manner to any Info Notices left so that your package can be delivered expeditiously. If your package is returned to us after 3 delivery attempts have been made, then you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with reshipment. This policy has been designed to offer you the safest, most reliable delivery possible and we appreciate your cooperation. International Shipping
Bella Luccè is delighted to offer International Shipping to clients located in Canada, the European Union and throughout Oceania. International clients will need to register as a VIP BEFORE checkout to enable shipping options. All international packages will be fully insured and delivered via FedEx. Buyers will be responsible for any and all duties and taxes, no matter which authority or entity levies those fees. Unfortunately, if you don’t see your country listed in the drop-down menu during checkout, then shipping to your locale is not available at this time. We’re working hard to expand our international capabilities and encourage you to check back soon. “Free shipping over $75” offer does not apply to destinations located outside the United States.

Gift Packaging
If you’d like us to tuck a complimentary hand-written gift message in with your order, please type your text (exactly as you’d like it to appear) in the appropriate section during checkout. We’ll be happy to inscribe one of our beautiful custom cards with your sentiments.

At Bella Luccè, we’re tremendous believers in getting more than you bargained for. As part of our mission to provide impeccable service, we’re happy to include several extra “surprises” with every shipment of our luscious skincare. Each order receives a complimentary samples of a few of our most popular products. Quite often, we also include a sampling of products from other women-owned businesses on the web and a sweet something to nibble on. Past treats have included custom-embossed Belgian chocolates and gourmet fortune cookies.

Return Policy
If you’re anything less than thrilled with our products, please contact us, toll-free, at 800.485.3079 so that our concierge may assist you in the return of your items. We’ll gladly accept the return of any unsatisfactory product if received back in our offices within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a credit to our website for the initial purchase price. The credit may be used for any item from our website within 12 months of issue and you’re free to select another item(s) of your choosing. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your charge card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping cannot be included in the credit.

If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials so that we may successfully file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Sales Tax
Bella Luccè is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to South Carolina addresses.
